Debbie completed the hairstyling program at Sault College in 1999 and subsequently joined the Sault College Advisory Committee for the 2001-2002 year. 
 

Debbie's Hair Hut was established in 2003 by owner Debbie Shaughnessy, and is located in Hilton Beach Ontario.

 
The Hilton Beach location and at-home business allows Debbie to actively raise her daughter Alyssa. 
 

Debbie has successfully built up a wonderful clientele from all over St. Joseph Island and the North Shore.
